Tetley Peppermint Punch
Ingredients
- 6 Tetley Peppermint with a Twist of Lemongrass tea bags
- 6 cups boiling water
- 2 cups clear apple juice
- 1/3 cup castor sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 cups cold soda water
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 green apple, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup strawberries, cut into quarters
Directions
- Bring water to boil in a saucepan
- Add tea bags and sugar.
- Steep covered for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze out the tea bags to release as much liquid as possible. Discard tea bags.
- Stir in apple juice, lemon juice and orange juice. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate covered until chilled.
- Add all fruit.
- Chill further 1 hour to 24 hours. (the fruit stays fresh)
- Add soda water just before serving.
- Pour into glasses half filled with ice.
