We are loving Redbush, or rooibos, infusions right now. Commonly known as Redbush or Red tea, this amazing tea is not actually tea. It is made from a plant only grown near Capetown in South Africa. Redbush tea tastes a little bit like normal tea, but with a slightly earthy, naturally sweeter taste. When infused, it creates an infusion that is a clear, refreshing red-tinged beverage.
It is a unique and healthy alternative as it is totally caffeine free, very refreshing and can even be drunk with or without milk!
Our whole office is becoming addicted!
Handy hint: the rooibos and vanilla infusion is the perfect afternoon sweet-treat. With almost no calories and a sweet, indulgent flavour, it is a perfect way to stop yourself reaching for the chocolate...
