2 tbsp (30 mL) orange juice
1/2 tsp (2 mL) sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp (15 mL) shallots, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp (2 mL)each salt and pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) sesame oil
1/4 cup (62 mL) fresh basil, chopped
Salad:
4 cups (1,000 mL) fusilli pasta, cooked
1 cup (250 mL) each red and green pepper, diced
1 cup (250 mL) red onion, finely chopped
