Tetley Australia Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 003 450 922) ("Tetley") is concerned about protecting any personal information which may be provided by you. This policy sets out how we handle clickstream data, cookies and e-mail addresses, as well as other personal information that may be submitted by you whilst visiting the Tetley Australia website, or otherwise in the course of participating in any Tetley marketing/promotional activities.

We may enter personal information submitted by you, in the course of participating in any Tetley promotional/marketing activities (including special offers and competitions conducted via this website), or otherwise registering to receive information, and/or making enquiries, in respect of any Tetley products/merchandise, into a database. All personal information will be handled and stored in accordance with Tetley's obligations under the Australian Privacy legislation. You can access, update or correct your personal information upon request either by calling the Tetley consumer hotline on 1800 441 344 or via the 'contact us' section of the Tetley website, subject to any exemptions which may be applicable under the Australian Privacy Legislation.
5. Clickstreams are the paths a user takes when navigating a web page or the internet in general. When you visit the Tetley Australia website, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes – the user's server address, the user's top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk, .nz, etc), the date and time of the visit to the site, and the type of browser used.

In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms & Conditions which shall continue to have full force and effect.

Any and all comments, concepts, ideas, photographs, artistic works and/or literary pieces ("Materials") submitted by consumers during the course of participating in any promotional/marketing/advertising activity conducted by Tetley via the Tetley website (or otherwise whilst visiting the Tetley website), become the property of Tetley. Materials will not be returned to their author/creator. As a condition of submitting any Material, each author/creator agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their Material (including negatives in the case of photographs submitted) to Tetley. Each author/creator warrants to Tetley that each item of Material (including negatives in the case of photographs) submitted is an original literary/artistic work, as the case may be, of the author/creator which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The author/creator agrees to indemnify Tetley against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. Tetley is entitled to use any of the author/creator's Material submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including using the Material for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
